Please note:
- Carefully follow the instructions for the registration process
- Use an email address that you will continue to use regularly
- Check your email Inbox (or Junk folder) and CONFIRM/VALIDATE parent consent form
- Only then can your award leader activate your online registration
Step Three: Enter Assessors for Approval
For each of the award activities a participant will need to nominate a suitable adult to oversee and guide them through the activity and help them work towards achieving personal goals.
A suitable assessor is an adult who:

Each of your activity assessors will need to provide you with this signed Code of Conduct along with Working With Children Check (WWCC) details.

Step Four: MANAGING YOUR AWARD ACTIVITIES
- Your award leader will meet with you regularly to help you manage your IORB and finalise your activity logs.
- You will need to attend these regular meetings to meet your co-curricular commitments.
- You will need to engage in your activities for an average of 1 hr per week (with a maximum of 4hrs in any one month period)
- You will need to regularly enter completed activity hours into your Online Record Book.
- You will need to speak with your award leader regularly to ensure that your are engaging in your award.
